Cottage in Devon - Upper Cottage

Originally a merchants house, Upper Cottage commands extensive views across Brixham from both the 2 double bedrooms and the spacious lounge which opens onto a sunny balcony, again with stunning views of the town. In years gone by the harbour was opposite the house and the tall merchant ships would unload their cargo into the warehouse area of the house which now houses a shop.

The 17th Century accommodation has been lovingly restored in olde world style with original fireplaces, exposed beams, stone open fireplace and stripped doors and floors. Upper Cottage is situated 2 mins from the harbour and shops with numerous restaurants, bars and pubs close by.
